Getting the best from your JS80

High-volume service: with a 200 L/hr rotary pump, dual steam outlets and volumetric dosing, the JS80 is built for back-to-back service in a busy cafe. Choose 2 group for most sites and 3 group for peak-hour volume.

Consistent espresso: volumetric dosing repeats your recipe shot after shot, while the shot timer and dual gauges let baristas monitor extraction and boiler pressure at a glance.

Milk drinks at pace: two steam outlets let two baristas texture milk at once, keeping flat whites, lattes and cappuccinos flowing.

Long blacks and tea: use the dedicated hot water outlet for americanos, long blacks and pots of tea without tying up a group.

High-demand sites: specify the element upgrade (20 A on 2 group, 32 A on 3 group) to keep steam and recovery strong under constant load.

Backflush each group daily with a blind filter and espresso-machine detergent, and rinse thoroughly. Soak and brush the group heads, portafilters and baskets regularly. Wipe and purge the steam wands after every use to clear milk residue. Protect the copper boiler and internals by running the machine on filtered or softened water suited to your water hardness, and service on a schedule to match your volume. For plumbed-in installations, fit an appropriate water filter and follow the User and Technical manuals for servicing intervals.
