Origins Supply Co. was born from a simple belief: great coffee deserves to be treated with the same care and intention as any fine ingredient. We are a specialty coffee roastery, equipment house, and café rooted in Red Cliffs, Victoria, and built around an unwavering commitment to quality from origin to cup.

Our coffee beans are roasted in small batches deliberately, and with purpose. Roasting in small quantities lets us control every variable: temperature curves, airflow, development time. The result is a cup that reflects exactly what the farmer intended when they planted the seed.
We roast and ship within days, not weeks. Because coffee is a perishable craft, and you deserve it at its peak not sitting in a warehouse waiting. When your bag arrives, the flavour is alive.

We believe the machine behind the bar matters as much as the coffee in the hopper. That is why we source and supply hand-built, commercial-grade espresso machines including the Ruggero JS80 and the Crem ONE machines engineered for precision, durability, and the demands of a serious café environment.

The café is not just a shopfront it is our proving ground, our kitchen table, and our favourite place to have a conversation about coffee.
Why Origins?
Every great cup has an origin, a farm, a harvest, a roast date, a moment of intention. We named ourselves after that idea because we believe traceability and transparency are not marketing language. They are the foundation of trust between a roaster and the people who drink their coffee.
