Uses

Get the most from your ONE

Straight espresso: dose, tamp level, lock in the E61 group and let the temperature stability do the work - aim for a 25–30 second shot with a thick, even crema.

Flat white / latte / cappuccino: use the steam wand and included barista kit to texture milk to a glossy microfoam. The 2B dual-boiler models let you pull a shot and steam at the same time, so back-to-back milk drinks stay quick.

Pressure profiling (2B RP-PP): start soft and ramp the pressure to tame brighter, lighter-roast beans and lift sweetness - dial in your own curve for each coffee.

Gradual Soft Pre-Infusion (RP models): gently wet the puck before full pressure for a more even extraction and fewer channelling issues.

Long blacks & americanos: use the dedicated hot water outlet, then add your espresso on top to keep the crema intact.

Taller cups & takeaway: pop out the middle drip-tray section to fit travel mugs and larger glasses.

Want it shorter, or in your snack range's cheekier voice to match the other products? Say the word.

Care & Storage

Backflush the group head regularly with a blind filter and espresso-machine detergent, and rinse thoroughly. Descale the boilers on a schedule suited to your water hardness, or run the machine on filtered or softened water to protect the copper boilers and internals. Wipe the steam wand after every use and purge it to clear milk residue. Keep the drip tray and water tank clean, and use the tank refill signal as your cue to top up. For plumbed-in installations, fit an appropriate water filter and follow the User and Technical manuals for servicing intervals.
