Our freshly roasted whole beans are designed to be versatile across brew methods clean and sweet through filter, rich and balanced through espresso, and forgiving in a plunger. Sold in three sizes so you can match the bag to how fast you drink it.

For the best cup, grind just before brewing and use beans within a few weeks of the roast date.

Uses

Espresso: Daily double shot

  1. Grind fine
  2. Dose 18 g into a double basket
  3. Pull 36 g of espresso in 25–30 seconds
  4. Adjust grind finer if too fast, coarser if too slow

Filter: V60 or pour over

  1. Grind medium
  2. Use 15 g coffee to 250 ml water (1:17 ratio)
  3. Pour in stages over 2.5–3 minutes
  4. Aim for 92–94°C water

Plunger: French press

  1. Grind coarse
  2. Use 30 g coffee to 500 ml water
  3. Steep for 4 minutes, then press
  4. Pour off into a separate vessel to stop extraction

Care & Storage

Store in an airtight container at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid the fridge or freezer repeated condensation cycles dull the flavour. An AirScape canister works well for daily access.
