Cafetto Evo was the first espresso machine cleaner to be certified by an organic certification body. It's the standard café-grade cleaner across Australia and is suitable for both commercial machines and home espresso setups.

A 1 kg pack lasts a long time at typical home use rates. Follow the dosing on the pack for your machine type.

Uses

Always follow your machine manufacturer's cleaning instructions and Cafetto's pack directions.

Daily: Back-flush

  1. Insert a blind filter into the group head
  2. Add the dose specified on the Cafetto pack
  3. Run the back-flush cycle as per your machine
  4. Repeat with water only to rinse

Weekly: Soak baskets and parts

  1. Mix powder with hot water in a small container
  2. Soak portafilter baskets and group screens
  3. Brush clean, rinse thoroughly

Store: Keep dry between uses

  1. Reseal the pack tightly after each use
  2. Use a clean, dry scoop
  3. Store away from moisture and heat
