Arkadia is an Australian-made café syrup range built for daily commercial use. The strawberry brings vibrant berry colour and balanced sweetness to milk and soda bases.

Pairs especially well with milk, vanilla ice cream, lemonade and sparkling water. Pump lid sold separately for accurate 7.5 ml dosing.

Uses

7.5 ml is roughly one pump from the Arkadia syrup pump lid (sold separately).

Hot: Strawberry rose latte

  1. Steam 220 ml milk
  2. Add 15 ml strawberry syrup and a dash of rose water
  3. Stir through the milk
  4. Garnish with a strawberry slice

Iced: Strawberry milk

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice
  2. Add 25 ml syrup
  3. Top with 220 ml cold milk
  4. Stir, garnish with a fresh strawberry

Mocktail: Strawberry lemonade

  1. Add 25 ml syrup to a tall glass with ice
  2. Squeeze in half a lemon
  3. Top with sparkling lemonade or soda
  4. Garnish with strawberry and mint

Care & Storage

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use as guided by the bottle. Always replace the cap or pump lid between uses.
