Arkadia is an Australian-made café syrup range built for daily commercial use. The salted caramel pours clean, dissolves easily in milk and espresso, and delivers a balanced flavour that doesn't dominate the drink.

Pairs especially well with darker roasts and oat milk. Pump lid sold separately for accurate 7.5 ml dosing.

7.5 ml is roughly one pump from the Arkadia syrup pump lid (sold separately).

Hot: Salted caramel latte

1. Pull a double espresso shot
2. Add 15 ml syrup (2 pumps)
3. Top with 200 ml steamed milk
4. Dust with sea salt to finish

Iced: Iced caramel macchiato

1. Fill a tall glass with ice
2. Add 15 ml syrup (2 pumps)
3. Pour in 180 ml cold milk
4. Finish with a double shot poured over

Mocktail: Salted caramel cream soda

1. Add 20 ml syrup to a tall glass
2. Pour 30 ml cream over the back of a spoon
3. Top with chilled soda water
4. Stir gently, garnish with a cinnamon stick

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use as guided by the bottle. Always replace the cap or pump lid between uses.
