Arkadia is an Australian-made café syrup range built for daily commercial use. The blue curaçao adds vivid colour and a citrus-bright lift to drinks that need a visual hook.

Pairs well with citrus juices, sparkling water and clear spirits (for licensed venues). Pump lid sold separately for accurate 7.5 ml dosing.

7.5 ml is roughly one pump from the Arkadia syrup pump lid (sold separately).

Iced: Blue lagoon iced tea

1. Brew a strong black tea and chill
2. Add 20 ml syrup to a tall glass with ice
3. Pour over 200 ml chilled tea
4. Garnish with lemon

Slushy: Blue lemon slushy

1. Blend 25 ml syrup with 1 cup ice
2. Add 50 ml lemon juice
3. Blend until slushy
4. Serve with a wedge of lemon

Mocktail: Blue ocean spritz

1. Add 25 ml syrup to a wine glass with ice
2. Top with 150 ml chilled soda water
3. Add a splash of lime juice
4. Garnish with mint

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use as guided by the bottle. Always replace the cap or pump lid between uses.
