The Masala blend is Arkadia's heaviest-spiced chai punchier than the Spice version, with a stronger ginger and clove kick. Designed for fast café preparation and consistent flavour cup-to-cup.

The 1 kg pack is sized for daily café or office use. Pairs well with dairy and plant milks alike.

Uses

Refer to the pack for full instructions. The doses below are a starting point. Adjust to taste.

Hot latte: Masala chai latte

  1. Add 25 g chai powder to a takeaway cup
  2. Add a small amount of warm milk and stir to a paste
  3. Top with 220 ml steamed milk
  4. Dust with cinnamon or extra masala spice

Iced latte: Iced masala chai

  1. Whisk 25 g chai powder into 50 ml hot water
  2. Pour over ice in a tall glass
  3. Top with 200 ml cold milk
  4. Stir well to combine

Twist: Dirty masala chai

  1. Make a hot masala chai latte as above
  2. Add a single shot of espresso on top
  3. Stir gently and serve
