A softer, vanilla-rounded take on Arkadia's traditional chai. Same warm spice base, with the rounded sweetness of vanilla taking the edge off popular with those who find traditional chai too peppery.

The 1 kg pack is sized for daily café or office use. Pairs well with dairy and plant milks alike.

Uses

Refer to the pack for full instructions. The doses below are a starting point adjust to taste.

Hot latte: Vanilla chai latte

  1. Add 25 g chai powder to a takeaway cup
  2. Add a small amount of warm milk and stir to a paste
  3. Top with 220 ml steamed milk
  4. Finish with a light foam

Iced latte: Iced vanilla chai

  1. Whisk 25 g chai powder into 50 ml hot water
  2. Pour over ice in a tall glass
  3. Top with 200 ml cold milk
  4. Stir well to combine

Twist: Vanilla chai frappe

  1. Blend 25 g chai powder with 150 ml milk and 1 cup ice
  2. Add a teaspoon of vanilla syrup if desired
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Top with whipped cream
