Arkadia's Original Chai is a long-standing café favourite a black tea base with traditional chai spices, designed for fast preparation and consistent flavour from one cup to the next.

Hot latte: Spiced chai latte

1. Add 25 g chai powder to a takeaway cup
2. Add a small amount of warm milk and stir to a paste
3. Top with 220 ml steamed milk
4. Dust with cinnamon

Iced latte: Iced chai latte

1. Whisk 25 g chai powder into 50 ml hot water
2. Pour over ice in a tall glass
3. Top with 200 ml cold milk
4. Stir well to combine

Twist: Dirty chai

1. Make a hot chai latte as above
2. Add a single shot of espresso on top
3. Stir gently and serve

Store in a cool, dry place with the bag sealed. Use a clean, dry scoop to avoid moisture entering the powder.
