A pre-blended matcha chai with the grassy depth of matcha rounded out by warming spices. Designed for fast, consistent preparation no separate matcha whisking, no separate chai sachets.

The 1 kg pack is sized for daily café or office use. Pairs well with dairy and plant milks.

Uses

Refer to the pack for full instructions. The doses below are a starting point adjust to taste.

Hot latte: Matcha chai latte

  1. Whisk 25 g powder with 50 ml hot water until smooth
  2. Pour into a cup
  3. Top with 200 ml steamed milk
  4. Finish with a light foam

Iced latte: Iced matcha chai

  1. Whisk 25 g powder with 50 ml hot water
  2. Pour over ice in a tall glass
  3. Top with 200 ml cold milk
  4. Stir well

Twist: Matcha chai smoothie

  1. Blend 25 g powder with 200 ml milk and a banana
  2. Add a handful of ice
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Pour and serve

Care & Storage

Store in a cool, dry place with the bag sealed. Use a clean, dry scoop to avoid moisture entering the powder.
