A coffee-flavoured frappe base designed for café use fast to prepare, consistent, and built to blend into a thick, creamy texture without needing a separate espresso shot.

The 1 kg pack is sized for daily café or smoothie-bar use. Pairs well with dairy and plant milks.

Uses

Refer to the pack for full instructions. The doses below are a starting point adjust to taste.

Classic: Espresso frappe

  1. Blend 30 g powder with 200 ml milk
  2. Add 1 cup ice
  3. Blend until smooth and thick
  4. Top with whipped cream and a dust of cocoa

Iced: Iced espresso latte

  1. Whisk 30 g powder into 50 ml warm milk to a paste
  2. Pour over ice in a tall glass
  3. Top with 200 ml cold milk
  4. Stir well

Shake: Coffee thickshake

  1. Blend 30 g powder with 150 ml milk
  2. Add 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  3. Blend until thick
  4. Pour and serve with a thick straw

Care & Storage

Store in a cool, dry place with the bag sealed. Use a clean, dry scoop to avoid moisture entering the powder.
