Arkadia's White Drinking Chocolate is a café-grade powder that delivers a smooth, sweet, dessert-leaning take on the classic. Pairs especially well with vanilla, strawberry and caramel syrups.

Hot: White hot chocolate

1. Add 30 g powder to a cup
2. Add a splash of warm milk, stir to a smooth paste
3. Top with 220 ml steamed milk
4. Finish with a light foam and vanilla dust

Iced: Iced white mocha

1. Whisk 30 g powder into 50 ml hot milk
2. Pour over ice in a tall glass
3. Top with 180 ml cold milk
4. Add a single espresso shot, stir to combine

Twist: White chocolate frappe

1. Blend 30 g powder with 200 ml milk
2. Add 1 cup ice
3. Blend until smooth and thick
4. Top with whipped cream and a strawberry slice
