Arkadia's Drinking Chocolate is a café-grade powder designed for daily commercial use. Mixes cleanly into hot milk, holds up under blending for frappes, and gives the rich chocolate flavour customers expect.

The 1 kg pack is sized for daily café or office use. Pairs well with dairy and plant milks.

Uses

Refer to the pack for full instructions. The doses below are a starting point. Adjust to taste.

Hot: Classic hot chocolate

  1. Add 30 g powder to a cup
  2. Add a splash of warm milk, stir to a smooth paste
  3. Top with 220 ml steamed milk
  4. Dust with extra cocoa or marshmallows

Iced: Iced mocha

  1. Whisk 30 g powder into 50 ml hot milk
  2. Pour over ice in a tall glass
  3. Top with 180 ml cold milk
  4. Add a single espresso shot, stir

Twist: Chocolate frappe

  1. Blend 30 g powder with 200 ml milk
  2. Add 1 cup ice
  3. Blend until smooth and thick
  4. Top with whipped cream and a chocolate dust
