The 440 g version of Arkadia's Original Chai same recipe, smaller pack. Sized for home pantries, small offices and trial runs before committing to the 1 kg.

Pairs well with dairy and plant milks alike.

Uses

Refer to the pack for full instructions. The doses below are a starting point adjust to taste.

Hot latte: Spiced chai latte

  1. Add 25 g chai powder to a mug
  2. Add a small amount of warm milk and stir to a paste
  3. Top with 220 ml steamed milk
  4. Dust with cinnamon

Iced latte: Iced chai latte

  1. Whisk 25 g chai powder into 50 ml hot water
  2. Pour over ice in a tall glass
  3. Top with 200 ml cold milk
  4. Stir well

Twist: Dirty chai

  1. Make a hot chai latte as above
  2. Add a single shot of espresso on top
  3. Stir gently and serve

Care & Storage

Store in a cool, dry place with the bag sealed. Use a clean, dry scoop to avoid moisture entering the powder.
